The room
You can see everything from every table. That was the point. There is no back of house to hide in, which keeps everyone honest about what leaves the pass.
"If it isn't good enough to send to the table nearest the kitchen, it isn't good enough to send at all."
The menu changes when the market does — sometimes weekly, sometimes overnight. If something you loved is gone, ask. It usually comes back.

Parties up to six online. For anything larger, send a note and we'll sort it out.
